None of that's the fault of British Air even so the understaffed and confided stability at LHR. Due to this I won't ever use British Air again Until I don’t land in London . Not the airlines fault but I never ever desire to overlook a flight due to blunder in London . The worst I’ve at any time encountered in Global vacation . Sorry British Air
